| the hotel was excellent and perfect the room was so good we took the 4th floor VIP room for 3 nights with the accessability to the loung and it was good.
the location of the hotel was far from the busy area but the tram solved the problems. |

| The staff was very nice & very helpful. The hotel was modern and stylish. The room was spacious. There was nothing you could walk to, but you could use the tram just outside the hotel to easily access the city and its center. I did find an unidentified charge on my credit card from the hotel after my stay was the only negative- just a mistake I pre sume. |

| We found this hotel very nice and clean. I think it's very popular as it was very busy during our stay. Very spacious rooms and has Swimming pool and Gym so my children loved staying there. Staff were very helpful.
We will go back to this hotel if we ever visit Zurich in future. |

| Basically its really old... I didn't really like the location but rooms were clean, services were good..
u have to take atleast 20min of tram from city central to hotel,,, 40fr by texi from train station. |

| Very nice clean comfortable hotel. Beautiful pool and hot tub, large rooms. However, very expensive to eat in hotel. Currency rates at hotel, not very good.
Very expensive oriental restaurant in hotel, would never eat there again. Felt ripped off. |

| We stayed at the Renaissance Zurich Hotel for 3 nights over Easter weekend. What a lovely hotel! We had actually planned to stay at the Courtyard Zurich Nord but changed to the Renaissance at the last minute because it seemed more easily accessible to public transportation.
The check in process was smooth and easy. The front desk clerks were always smiling, friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. The hotel was spotless in all areas and we really enjoyed using the whirlpool spa and swimming pool. We ordered room service late one night and it was delivered quickly and with the special requests we had made. We ate at the Japanese restaurant one evening and really liked the food and the service. A special touch was the Lindor chocolate eggs that were placed at the front desk for the Easter weekend as well as the Lindor chocolate bunnies that were placed on our pillows on Easter Sunday.
The hotel was quiet and so perfectly accessible to the tram that took us into town where we explored and ate most of our meals. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bed had lots of pillows and was so comfy! And we absolutely LOVED having a proper king size bed instead of two twins pushed together. Our only issue was with the heating on the first night - we were so hot that we couldn't even sleep with the covers. We mentioned it to the front desk staff and when we returned to the room later that day everything was fine.
We will deffinitely be returning to this hotel in the future if we are ever in Zurich again! |

| Whilst this hotel is out of the centre of the city, the tram lines (10 & 11) have recently been extended and go past within 100m of the hotel. Tram 10 takes you to and from the airport and tram 10 and 11 go in to the city.
The hotel has excellent facilities with a nice indoor pool, sauna and gym.
The room was of a good size and very comfortable. Large choice of English speaking TV channels too!
Would certainly stay there again. |
