Recent Renaissance Zurich Hotel Review: "We stayed at the Renaissance Zurich Hotel for 3 nights over Easter weekend. What a lovely hotel! We had actually planned to stay at the Courtyard Zurich Nord but changed to the Renaissance at the last minute because it seemed more easily accessible to public transportation. The check in process was smooth and easy. The front desk clerks were always smiling, friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. The hotel was spotless in all areas and we really enjoyed using the whirlpool spa and swimming pool. We ordered room service late one night and it was delivered quickly and with the special requests we had made. We ate at the Japanese restaurant one evening and really liked the food and the service. A special touch was the Lindor chocolate eggs that were placed at the front desk for the Easter weekend as well as the Lindor chocolate bunnies that were placed on our pillows on Easter Sunday. The hotel was quiet and so perfectly accessible to the tram that took us into town where we explored and ate most of our meals. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bed had lots of pillows and was so comfy! And we absolutely LOVED having a proper king size bed instead of two twins pushed together. Our only issue was with the heating on the first night - we were so hot that we couldn't even sleep with the covers. We mentioned it to the front desk staff and when we returned to the room later that day everything was fine. We will deffinitely be returning to this hotel in the future if we are ever in Zurich again!"
